When you register, we collect information from your authentication provider (Google, X, Apple, or email), including your name, email address, and profile picture. Authentication is handled through Supabase Auth.

Profile Information

KOLs may provide additional information such as bio, social media handles, platforms, content niches, audience size, and pricing. Businesses may provide company name and campaign details.

Transaction Information

We record details of orders, payments, and escrow transactions, including USDC wallet addresses, transaction hashes, and payment amounts on the Solana blockchain.

Communications

Messages exchanged through our in-app chat system are stored to facilitate deal negotiation and dispute resolution.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including pages visited, features used, and device information (browser type, operating system, IP address).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform.
• Facilitate connections between KOLs and businesses.
• Process payments and manage escrow transactions.
• Communicate with you about your account, orders, and Platform updates.

4. Information Sharing

We may share your information with:

• Other users: Your public profile information is visible to other users. Messages are shared with conversation participants.
• Service providers: We use third-party services including Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and Solana (blockchain payments).
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Blockchain Data

Payments on Pane are processed using USDC on the Solana blockchain. Blockchain transactions are publicly visible and immutable. Wallet addresses and transaction details recorded on-chain cannot be deleted or modified.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication via Supabase Auth, and row-level security policies on our database. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Transaction records and chat history related to completed orders are retained for dispute resolution and legal compliance purposes.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data.
